This screening platform may collect personal and health-related information to support authorised public-health screening workflows. Consent is not presented as the only possible legal basis; programmes may rely on applicable public-health law where permitted.

Do not place responses in URLs. Do not log questionnaire responses to the browser console. Access tokens must not be stored in localStorage. Public credential verification must remain separate from private screening records.

Production deployments must add secure API authentication and retention controls approved by the data controller.
